All services are delivered digitally — no shipping. This policy explains delivery methods and timelines.

Delivery method

We deliver final files and export packs via email and/or a secure download link. We include a short handoff note and file structure guidance.

Typical timeline is 5–14 business days depending on scope. Rush timelines can be arranged with a priority fee if we have capacity.

Delivery timelines assume timely feedback. Delays in feedback may extend the project schedule.

We confirm delivery by email and can resend links if needed. If you cannot access files, contact support at support@designerdino.com.
