How do you deliver files?
All deliverables are digital. We send files via email and/or a secure download link (export packs + source files). See Delivery Policy.
What are typical timelines?
Most projects deliver in 5–14 business days depending on scope and revision cadence. Rush options are available with a priority fee.
How many revisions are included?
Packages include 2–3 revision rounds. We request consolidated feedback per round. Additional rounds are possible with approval before continuing.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on project status. Because services are custom and time-based, completed work and delivered files are generally non-refundable. Details are in Refund Policy.
How do payments work?
Payments are made online by card. For many projects we request an initial deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before final delivery. See Payments Info.
