Refund policy
Fair refunds for custom creative work.
Design services are time-based and custom. This policy explains when refunds can apply.
Eligibility
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we start work, we can refund payments minus any payment processing fees.
- After work begins: If work has started, refunds (if any) are prorated based on completed work and time spent.
- After delivery: Delivered files and completed milestones are generally non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of design services.
How to request
Send a request to support@designerdino.com with your project details and reason for the request. We reply within 1 business day.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, it may delay resolution. We encourage reaching out so we can fix issues quickly.
