Clear terms for design services.

1) Services

We provide digital graphic design and branding services. Deliverables may include brand identity assets, logo files, marketing materials, UI designs, presentation designs, packaging concepts, and consulting notes.

2) Scope & revisions

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and included revision rounds are confirmed in writing (email/proposal). Revisions beyond the included rounds may require an additional fee.

3) Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals. Delays in feedback may extend timelines.

4) Payments

Payments are made online. Many projects require an upfront deposit before work begins and the balance before final delivery. See Payments Info.

5) Delivery

All deliverables are delivered digitally via email and/or secure download link. No physical goods are shipped.

6) Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables as agreed. We may display sample excerpts in a portfolio unless an NDA is agreed in writing.

7) Refunds

Refund terms depend on project status and are described in the Refund Policy.

8) Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
